This number calls often in the morning, then hangs up when answered. Probably a criminal activity and no one can stop them.

They were going to ask 3 questions about my neighbourhood. I hung up, they didn't call back.

Called at 8 AM. When I picked and said hello I heard a guy saying "hello?..Hello? ..I can't hear you well, let me give you call back." and then they hang up. I would have fallen for it if it hadn't been the third time in a few months: same voice, same excuse and doesn't call back.
Wonder why anyone would do that and put a recording like that.
