rude, called me 2 different names.yelled back after request to speak to someone in Canada speaking English, also yelled over top my several requests to talk to a supervisor.Never did put my call through.Ended up pressing "0" and talked to someone else

They are using a OneandUS Toronto Access Telephone number. The company is based in the United States number and appears to be either Gloconnect Telecommunications Inc. or the other corporation name is NorthStar Global Communications Inc.. They appear to sell phone cards to people who then resell the cards to others so they can make free calls to over 130 countries. Advertises that it is ideal for callers residing in Africa, Mideast and Asia. So Ontario Eco Energy must be having employees overseas using these telephone cards. No wonder the Do Not Call list doesn't work. Telephone number is Toronto. Company is in the U.S. Callers can be anywhere in the world.
