Got a call from this number from someone working for Global Auto Registry.  The person/company says they can sell our car for a really good price if we pay them $300.  The whole pitch sounds too good to be true (eg. high price for the car, they already have buyers immediately available etc), so I'm really skeptical.  Although I'm the first one reporting this number, this database already has a cross-link with Global Auto Registry under the number 604-495-6872.  I'm guessing it's a scam?

Yes, got a call from them too and I am similarly skeptical.  Same pitch, $300 that apparently you could get back if it doesn't sell in 90 days @ Blue Book value.  Checked out their website and tried searching them online.  Not the first call I have had of this type, forget what the other company was.  Guessing by the fact they charge 18.9% interest to anyone buying your vehicle...probably shoudn't be buying it anyway.  Wonder if there is any validity or a complete scam...

I really think this is a SCAM!  They tell you that they have clients you are waiting to buy your car, but I think these clients do not exist.  They even admit in their "website" that they have non-existing clients.  Check it out www.globalautoregistry.com and read under Contacts.

i recieved a few calls from global autoregistry i too was skeptical but i just wanted my car sold...i checked them and did all my research the only thing was that they couldnt promise my car was going to be sold to their clients. I signed up, giving it a chance and within two weeks I got a call from someone who had seen my car on their website. They came, checked it out and i ended up selling. I did not need to request my money back so not sure how that works, but I did refer my friend who signed up and has not sold his car yet. I will update if something happens with his money back garuantee/ if he sells his car. The guy my friend and I worked with was by the name of Jake Boll. He was very helpful and not too pushy
