I've received 3 calls in the past few days from numbers 202-754-8513, 908-621-0018, and 647-441-4061. All robo calls referring to a case #. I called back on another line and "Ethan Baker from the Internal Revenue Service, badge number...." answers. I say "I don't believe you're from the IRS." "I'm not." "You just said you were." "That's not important..." Sounds like they may be in India.
