I just received this call tonight. I didn't answer and no message was left. When I tried to call back x 3, I was immediately disconnected each time.

I apparently won a trip to Florida. When I asked to be removed from their list repeatedly that was completely ignored and the 'offer' just continued. Hung up and blocked.
