Called my DNC registered cell. I don't pick up calls to my cell that aren't in contacts. No voicemail.
According to the Whitepages, "The subscriber number for the given number is invalid."
Another teleterrorist spoofing number.

Tons of bogus calls coming from NY exchanges: 631, 917, 516 and now 646.
