Said i was selected to receive 6,600.00 fro. The government. Because of my outstanding relationship with the government.  No needto repay. Told me options to receive my money,  . I selected western union. Gave no acc information.
They said to call this # at 11:00 AM et. So 8 am tomorrow.  They gave me an ID #

It is a scam! There is no grant. All they want is for you to send them money that you cannot get back when you discover it is a scam. Ignore all such calls and do not call any numbers they tell you to call unless you want to waste their time.

They told me I have won some money and I need to cal 646 971 1304l them right away.  My husband had our cell phone which is our only long distance phone.  Obviously I didn't call.  They called me back to tell me  I needed to call right away.  I just told them my long distance phone was not available and they hung up.

They told me it was the National Institute of Health calling and I had some money coming to mel  They gave me a number to call, 646 971-1304.   I didn't call the number so they called me back.  I told them my husband had our cell phone and was not home and that was our only long distance phone.  They hung up.
