Caller ID was New York and wanted to discuss credit card processing. Wouldn't take no for an answer so I hung up.

Telemarketer for credit card processing.  Called numerous times in the last week with either no answer or voicemail.  Hung up on me this time.  Reported them to the FCC.  You should do the same.

Company is  "Sekure Card Services" 1501 Broadway / 12th Floor / New York, NY / 10036-5601.
Company phone number is (866) 437-3189.  Good luck getting through.  I tried their customer service and sales lines multiple times with no answer or voicemail option.
