Called my work cell.  Suspected it was a spammer so I declined the call.

Left a VM that was garbled but could make out "77 for your grand."

It was a robotic sounding recording saying I have been approved for a $9,000 grant and to call the same number back to claim it.  (If they got through to me, why do I have to call them back??)
