Says they are from IRS and they are going to file lawsuit against me. I called the number back they verified my name and told me that a lawsuit was happening because of a bill i need to pay, when i asked questions i got hung up on.

Phishing scam.  I called the number, man with strong accent answered.  When I refused to give my name because of the scams he started calling me an animal and being very rude.
