Last night at 8:40 pm.  Robo program didn't catch it and the caller ID says Unavailable.  It was "Josh" from some Solar company.  Hung up and blocked.

very pushy marketer didn't stop after telling him "not interested" several times
I asked him what kind of legitimate company spoofs calls using a NY prefix trying to get work in Calif.
Told him he was violating the DNC list law ... he just chuckled and continued his sales pitch

Called 7/11 at 8:55 pm. I don't answer numbers I don't recognize. No message was left.
