It is a carbon copy of above incident. This is not the first time I received this kind of call. From my humble intuition, THIS CALLER A REAL SCAMMER

Yes these calls are starting all over again. It's a shame that we can't stay ahead of the scammers with all the technology out there instead of the other way around. The good guy doesn't always win. I've got enough problems on my life and because of scammers I cant even trust my pc. Our whole planet is in trouble people.

If it does not show a caller I.D., it goes to voice mail. Which is very seldom. This number is a scam from India. Maybe

Caller said he was a windows tech & my computer was infected. I told him I was a law enforcement officer & that he had called my cell phone. The caller promptly hung up!
