They sent my 10-year old daughter's cell phone this recorded message as well.  So this is completely bogus.  A lawsuit to begin with , including IRS on a child is never going to happen.  Its a scam.

Its a scam.  No real IRS effort would pre-call you.  You get a letter first...   Block the call on the phone
