I received the exact same message. Definitely a spam caller.

Left a robot voicemail saying I had legal allegations against me. So I called back and a guy with a heavy accent answered the phone who could barely speak English he said I had legal allegations and they had mailed me 2 letters with no response and that I would be arrested. When I told them the IRS don't call so send me another letter he started yelling telling me he wasn't going to work on my terms so I ended the phone call by  simply hanging up on him.

Received a voicemail that I had tax fraud when I called he told me that I needed to pay$275 for a miscalculation or I'd be arrested I stated that I had not received any letter and I wasn't going to do anything until I received a letter and then he hung up on me the gentleman also had a very heavy accent

Yes had same call,I called asked questions and asked why is a NY tax person calling I'm in va..He got mad.hung up I called back.no.answee after 5. All backs
