Robotic recording about the typical IRS scam and that I have a warrant out for my arrest. Do people actually fall for this crap?

No call, just a voicemail. My phone didn't even ring. Started in the middle of a message. Bad connection. Mentioned serious legal action, and to please call right away. Scam!!!

Got a call saying I am being sued by IRS.... Wants a Green Dot card and I am not to tell my bank, or the police because I will be arrested and my Driver license will be taken as well as my passport. I don't have a passport and was told that I was lying because everyone has a passport. Also, I am to go to the Walmart and get a Green Dot. Sooo F***ing stupid to think the IRS will need a Green Dot card or Wire transfer to India. Do people actually believe this scam??!?!?!?!
