don't answer scam also uses 646-791-4862 and other numbers to dial out and asks to call back at 602-783-1955

Nobody answers, they must be making money by calling random numbers. When a you call back, it just rings and rings, but the call has really been picked up and the ringing continues as a recording. Block the number in your phone settings.
