calls way too much even if you tell them to take you off the call list

This number is obviously a scammer. They have called despite being told to remove me from their calling list! Abusive and rude. Demanding that I listen to them! Gave a bogus business name. Foreign accent.

They told me that apparently I had taken blood thinners and had complications, that is why they are calling.

They called my phone, but I didn't answer.  I have decided that if you answer one of their calls, they flag it as a "real" number and continue to call nonstop.  The first one (a different number) started calling Monday, when is when I first actually spoke with them and told them to stop calling.  They keep changing up numbers.

Number identifies as being from New York....has called continuously. Does not leave a message. I have no reason to be receiving a call from this unknown number.
