Recording about business loan. Did not identify a business name. Calling back gets an offer to be placed on a do not call list.

Telemarketer scum

When you Google this telescum number, and several previous DIFFERENT telescum numbers, this same guy's web page and photo keep coming up and getting linked to:

He has updated his page to say, "WARNING: SOME PEOPLE HAVE BEEN USING MY CONTACT INFO TO MAKE UNSOLICITED OFFERS. IT IS NEITHER ME NOR AM I INVOLVED IN ANY WAY."

REALLY?  Look at what this guy is into:
"Engineer by day. Electrical Engineering Student. Data Science/Predictive Analytics. Deep analytics creative ways of finding trends in data; Data mining pattern recognition. Signal processing, time series analysis Database queries for analytics"

("Analytics" is the same stuff websites shove down your computer to track you.  Used by telescum too.  Is he providing telescum support, or even doing it himself?  Does he need money for his education, or to send to terrorists back home?

If this guy is NOT involved with telescum, AND he is getting complaints, then maybe he should that big, juicy brain of his to stop the telescum.

These calls from the "Funding Department" come 1/2 dozen times a day from all kinds of different phone numbers. All I can do is "press 2 to be removed" from the calling list, but that doesn't work.  The same phone number will appear on my caller ID the next day.  All the same recorded message about "getting our business a loan", but from all kinds of different phone numbers. How do we stop it!??  The continual interruptions to business is costing me money.

"Your business has been qualified for a loan" scam.
