I received a call just a while ago from that number. They are asking for 1000usd to process for immigration visa to Canada. I have strong feeling that it's a scam.

The only people that can process an immigration visa is this place which is part of the Canadian government:  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/index.asp

Further, why would they ask for US dollars?  Canada has its own money.  It's amazing to me that people fall for this scam considering how easy it is to do a simple web search and find the answers.
