Caller ID: UNKNOWN NAME  Machine answered and male, thinking he had a live victim on the line, said, "Hi, this is Jason with American Solar, how you doing today?"  Jason hung up when no one responded.  Jason called earlier today from 716-229-8051 (CID: LIFE SAFETY) also.
