NYC mobile area code, only ID was 'New York NY'. When our outgoing message completed, a prerecorded female voice said only "Press 1 for yes, 2 for no" . I vote "no" and blocked. Really a whole lot of 646 nuisance calls lately!

I have been receiving calls from this number. I have no idea who it is. On the caller ID all I see is the number above and New York on the Caller ID. It's probably some telemarketer.

Part of msg "if u live in NYC press 1".  Called back and then got this msg "your call cannot be completed as dialed".    Got the msg. You are SCAMMERS
