Cheap-o-air called me to thank me for using them to book my tickets. Sent me a discount by email. They were very nice!

cheapoair.com called me after my ticket was "sold out" and then asked me if I wanted "help".  But they:

Got my name wrong.

Said I was booking from Los Angeles to Vancouver for six people when I was booking a totally different flight for 2 people.

Since they had my CC number and my address, phone and birthday I called my CC company and flagged Cheapoair in case they decided to charge me for six tickets to Vancouver.
