received a call saying the IRS was going to file suit against me...looked up the number bc it sounded fishy and I know I'm not guilty of anything...I believe this is a scam...the IRS wouldn't call someone anyway...seems as though they would send a certified letter.

unclear message contained a lot of static.  Message claimed it is from IRS and a lawsuit has been filed against me. Don't be scammed.  IRS offices in a 10 mile radius have 212 and 718 area codes.  IRS main site has 800 numbers.
