I have researched this and after careful consideration I believe it's a scam. I have talked to several people who received the same call.

I get repeated calls from this numer every week.

All they want you to do is call the number back.  Once you've initiated a call, they have the right to call you back; even if you're on the "Do Not Call" list.  I call it "Imaginary Solicitation."  What a lot of us don't know, is that, if you're on a "do not call" list, the only way a solicitor can contact you, is if they are collecting a debt or if you initiate a call to them.  Once you call them, they have the right to keep calling your number, based on the "return call" rule.  I never call them back until after researching the phone number, which is how I now see all of your notes.  Yes...I just got a call from them, as well.

keep getting about 10 calls a day using different number asking me to call thi  6466636038. have never called them back and block all the number they are calling me from. they also call about 5 times at night. 12-6am.
