So far, this number has called 3x within 30 minutes. I don't pick up and no message left. I'm in NY, so getting a call from a 646 area code is common, but considering all the posts here, I'm guessing it's a spam call

Same as above. stupid scam. blocked. I probably have about 20 numbers blocked in my phone at this point.
