I received a call from this number that was a recording telling me to call back.  When I called I was told that the government had selected me to receive a loyalty grant for $9000 dollars that I wouldn't have to pay back.  When I tried to ask for more information they hung up.  Not ten minutes later I received the same message from 323-692-1063 with similar results upon call back.

Still running the same scam

They called and left  a message saying to call back to receive a grant.
Free money? Something for nothing? Money from the goodness of their hearts?  What could go wrong?  :-)
