A call blocker can help.  Also do not pick up on calls you do not recognize.  The callers are hard core scammer/extortionists located in India and Pakistan.  There's no way to stop the calls from being initiated.

####### This has been confirmed a scam do not believe a word they say. They are calling from india using a NY phone number 646 583 1706 and 646 583 1703.The guy even told me to go f my mother. This guy has been trying to scam people for years and the secret service is very well aware of this guy. HANG UP DO NOT EVER GIVE MONEY OVER THE PHONE TO NO ONE########
