Voice mail said, "Notice concerning the tax fraud against you, so before this matter goes to federal claims court house or before you get arrested, please call immediately on our department number 646-583-0625. Make sure you call us as soon as possible." It was in a digitally recorded voice. Obviously this is a scam.

Recieved a phone call just about everyday. Saying in 2012 there was a tax dispute, and their was a warrant out for my arrest. The man who answered the phone when i called back was from India but went by the name Adam Smith and according to him his ID # is 834869. His supervisor is also from India and goes by the name Gary Waldon ID # is 786328. Not sure what to think.
