The number is a scam.

Called many times fronm 646-717-8496 asked a person who has never lives in the house, about untility billed overpayment refund... the caller wanted to get your information and asked you how to send you the money (bank information). DO NOT Give any inforation. .This is a Scam!

How many times will you allow them to call before you obtain a call blocker?
