Block the number or ignore it but never, ever answer the call. The ID shows "unassigned", what do you expect from a caller like this?

Unassigned caller id, scam about a back brace, but can only press 1 to be removed I cant talk to anyone to scream at them so I pressed 1...Doubt it will make them stop thou

I just got that one, too. I didn't stay on the line long enough to hear about talking to an agent.
So much for the "do not call" registry. We're getting more and more calls this past year.
