This number just called. "Out of area". Picked up to dead silence, hit the BLOCK NOW button, and hung up. Then I googled the number to confirm my assumption that this was indeed a BS spam call and saw the first hit was 800Notes.

Received this call several time in last. Pure scam. It had a new twists in that it asked if this was "name" for purpose of recording your voice saying "yes".
