This number (646-396-6689) is from a eBay account scammer trying to get people to reveal their Paypal email so they can hack it and steal their funds.

I got text messages from this person. Name on their account is Phyllis Lang. I called the number and they are using a free text app.

They scammed me into sending them an item off ebay

Ebay scammer do not send this stupid person anything.  Thank GOD I called paypay to confirm and they are a scammer, remember to change your password and everything from your paypal account.
