I have said and truly believe that the phone companies could do something about this, but they DO NOT WANT TO!  These scammers and scumbags have to pay the phone companies for the phones so the phone companies don't care about the public, only their greed and the money for their bottom line for the investors.  They don't give a rats behind for us so they are as big a scumbags and those who call!!
