caller from 646-216-1247 is an automated call that tells you to call another number to resolve a lawsuit against you.
It then hangs up. I didn't write down that other number.

Harassing SCAM!!
Call saying they were the IRS and a law suit was being filed in my name and to call them back at 646-216-1247.
I called back on a different phone blocking my number asking for their address. Wouldn't give me the address or his manager. The guy said I had a "sticky mouth" in an Indian accent.

Got a call this morning and it is an automated message stating "a lawsuit has been filed on your behalf and to call such and such number back immediately". Total scam, you would not be notified of a lawsuit via phone, you would be contacted through mail or a court process server would come to your door. I smell BS. Don't fall for it, people!!!

Received a message on the answering machine today that my name was listed in a lawsuit and before it proceeds to County Court I should call 646-216-1247

Received 2 calls back to back from this number with a computerized message about a lawsuit filed against us and we needed to call back immediately. When I called back I was told that the IRS filed a lawsuit against me after auditing my past tax returns. The guy listed out several complaints in regards to fraud and past due tax taxes owed. When I told the guy that I do not owe any taxes he hung up on me and when I tried to call back the call wouldn't go through
