The fact that this alleged number is using 001 as a prefix tells me that this is a telemaggoter call and should not be answered.

This number calls my cell phone almost daily and on some days more than once.  I'm using a great app that allows me to block a call,  meaning my phone won't ring and the call goes to voice mail.   Of course they don't leave a message,  they do keep the line open.  If I listen to the VM, I can hear people in the background.

Regarding the note I posted.
As I was posting the message,  they called.  My phone forwards it to voice mail.   I can go to the apps voice mail options and there's a search the Web option.   Today it notified me that the call was coming from New Zealand.   Granted,  they may have programmed their phone to say that.   It's some information
