Can't find any other information on the phone numbers.  Obvious scam.

Got the same message. Called the 1-866-938-9163 number back and got a recording stating the offer wasn't going on for my cellular service.  On further research this is a Shoppers Edge text scam that will charge your phone bill if you call and press a number.  The BBB complaints on Shoppers Edge have this business located in Florida but there is little else such as contact information on it.  There are other businesses named Shoppers Edge that have a statement saying they are not the same business sending out the texts.  

I got this information from the similar complaints on the 866-938-9161 number.  Its safe to say it is probably the same entity.

I got this one this morning.  I wish I won a free walmart voucher!

So glad I just hung up before pressing anything. Then I went & googled  'Shoppers Edge' and this article thankfully showed up on the first screen!!! Thank you for all of you who help others against the millions of scams that are out there especially the ones that can cause a person to lose everything!
