You can signup on their website and get an access code to have a "free" conference call.  Toll rates do apply, though when dialing phone numbers to that area code.

I participated in a client conference call using an  access code the client provided. This was supposed to be a free call.  It wasn't. Although the client believed this call would be toll-free for participants, I received a bill with a charge for the call.

What they really mean is that the service is freex but th3 cost of the call itself depends on your service.  Since most cell and landline use4s iae a long-distance-free servicex they forget about those people who still pay for long distance and in fact often do not realize that some still pay these costs, and fail to advise the users.
