After seeing on this board who this call was "from" (and I say that very sarcastically), I answered the phone.  Being a retired AT&T IT Tech I just LOVE to ask these idiots questions about the "virus" and Microsoft that they cannot answer.  They usually get fed up and hang up on me - OR if not - I go into a tirade and ask them about how their Mommy feels about them lying to people all day long (and use some very, VERY bad language if they even try to insist they are actually Microsoft agents).  Either way, I get rid of them temporarily.  I know they will never stop calling back - tried the don't answer for a long, long time but they are persistent.

Received a call from 647-555-0149 on our business line. The 555 central office is a tip off that the call is not legit, since it is usually used for internal phone company purposes. We will block.

I am beginning to think the Do Not Call List was a sham too.
