Caller will not answer; hanges up with a beep

I received a call from an Anthony.  He was a credit card merchant trying to sell his product.

I heard from Zavina. She said she worked for a credit card merchant service company that wanted to help me reduce my costs by comparing what I am paying now. She gave me some BS line about a change in the laws and mentioned some "German" act that recently went through that will now allow for more savings.

She wanted me to fax over a copy of my own credit card merchant statement so she could compare and get back to me with how they could save me money...up to 20-50%! The fax number she wanted me to send this information to was 877-455-4126

I am half tempted to fax this number with a big flip of the finger and say I'm not interested in being scammed.

It always amazes me how these individuals never  seem to get reprimanded for the scams they pull.
