My mom received a call from a man who asked to speak to me. He gave her this phone number, and she said she could hardly understand him due to background noise and his accent.

I called from a pay phone, and a man said it's US National Bank! I immediately hung up. I've never heard of this bank.

Does anyone has more info on this caller?
