Calls but never leaves a message.

(636) 944-1416 Called 3 times did not leave msg first 2 so I answered. They said "is this Lawrence, I am an administrator and this call is recorded when the phone disconnected.  I called back and no answer. Previously in similar circumstances the call back would give messages such as "unable" to take a call or number no longer in service.  This suggests to me they are searching for individuals who might likely answer with extra effort so they can sell my number at a higher price to phone solicitors
