Another exchange run by Level 3 communications. I've got a dozen of their numbers blocked.
First way to stop them is LOOK AT THE NUMBER - if you don't have it tagged as someone in your directory, it's likely a robocaller. Just don't answer. Millions of us can't, we work retail, drive or pilot vehicles, etc. That's why you hear so many message chirps now in the mall - can't answer. We reply later on break.
Second thing to do for cell phone users is check your menus to set up a reject group. Cell phones are wonderful for giving you Caller ID without the extra fee (and why land lines are going away.) When the call is logged as a reject number, it's read, and immediately hung up. No bothering you anymore.
How to find out if who they are - you gotta surf it on the internet and find this. Othewise, you suffer answering the phone and getting harassed. If you know someone with the problem, show them how to get here and where their reject menu is.
