I didn't have my glasses on, thought it was my neighbor calling, answered the phone. It was a computerized sales pitch. Something about, "You DO want to continue your education, right?" I just hung up.

Received 4 missed calls from this number in 2 days. Finally called it back and it is an automated sales call regarding furthering your education. I asked the automated voice to remove me from the call list and it replied that it would.
