After stupidly giving my cell # on a survey, this number is showing up. When I call back the line rings 4-5 times and the line goes dead. Help me put an end to this invasion of privacy and using up my minutes.

The same has been happening to me. A short call. I return the call, it rings 2 or 3 times, then line goes dead. Help me find some way to end this now.
