They got me on my computer! Since I am not very savvy on this electronic equipment, they managed to scare me in buying their "antivirus" product. The warnings about a virus invasion of all the components of my computer already in progress, was enough to prompt me to purchase their ONE TIME protection package for a total of $ 99.80 . I later asked for their office telephone number and was given their 1-636-549-8103, already familiar to you. It took me a while, but I somehow realized that I might have been hit by a scam. I immediately called my credit card company and closed my account. An expansive lesson to learn.

This number is listed on the "Antivirus Plus " website
support@support-avplus.com
as their support telephone number. I wanted to claim a refund on an
apparently fake product purchased to get rid of interminable pop- ups

Same thing happened to me. Did you call them and push "1" for a refund? I did and they called me to let me know it would be in my account in 5 days. The thing is, they billed me twice!!!! so I called them again. Did you get your money back?
