It is a company that calls itself "financial solutions". I do not know for "certain" that they are a scam, but if you press them long enough to get a supervisor, you get a jerk who insults you and can't tell you where they are located. The usual prompt at the start of the call goes something like this'
Pleasant woman's voice,
"hi, I am calling from credit card services, Pleas hold the line we have an important message for you concerning your, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American express. Please press one to be connected to one of our customer service representatives."
Pressing one, will then connect you to the rude people who won't answer any questions about who they are and what they so or where they are.
Like I said I don't know for certain that they are a scam, but it sure reminds me of that "car warranty" thing that went down earlier this year.
