caller had a thick accent, said they were from Microsoft about in error with windows update on my machine and that they want to fix it. couldnt tell me the make of my computer or IP address. when questioned how they knew there was an problem they said it was reported on their server. when asked how they were going to fix it caller stated i didnt understand. wouldnt give me a call back number just said it was listed on website.

Called to tell me to get in front of my computer to fix trojan errors . 5:30 in the morning! I said no
