Called and left a message. Heavy go reign accents and a lot of talking in the background. After awhile asked for me. No clue, probably telemarketing or scammers.

Telemarketing - got my # from recent domain name registration. Obviously spoofed # and obviously not from America and obviously breaking the law of America.
