Was not going to answer, but, the phone kept ringing past 8 times, the legal number of rings before hanging up.  
I decided to answer, no one there, then the dial tone.
So, I called them back... said the number was disconnected.

Yes, my phone number is on the no call list.
This has been happening since we changed phone companies
From AT&T to Charter phone.  

I have an ongoing list of these types of phone callers
and their phone numbers and fake companies.
