I got the same thing from "Tom Rizzo". I have no idea who it is and he said me name and property address. He calls every 8 days. Really anonying. Got the please wait and the details will be recorded to use. I have not talked to anyone.

This a collection company for MSD. They supposely do muliple things. I finally got ahold of someone.

If you would just call back the number and pay the bill you owe associated to your property, the calls will stop.
